Hosted by the PA Department of Public Welfare, this webinar will educate attendees on the State Medicaid Health Information Technology Plan (SMHP). This is part of an initiative by the Department's Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) to implement and oversee PA's Electronic Health Record Initiative program.

The speaker will be Matt McGeorge, MA HIT Coordinator for OMAP, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.

• Provide an overview of application and attestation process
• Describe OMAP's plan for monitoring and oversight of the programs
